Thank you for your inquiry.

I recommend coming by any weekday, mornings are usually best, but we would be happy to assist you at any time. Our store hours are Monday – Friday 9:30am-5:30pm & Thursdays 9:30am-7pm. We do reopen on Saturdays after labor day but usually unable to do gold buying & appraisals on those days.

If you do come in, please bring in all the jewelry you are interested in potentially selling & appraising for insurance purposes. Please bring in any paper work on your jewelry items such as appraisals or even sales receipts if you can dig up any of this information. In terms of selling, when you bring everything in, we will sort through your items and offer you an amount if we are interested. In terms of insurance appraisals, we charge a fee per appraisal depending on how many items you need appraised.

I would also recommend emailing us at or calling us at 617-227-4294 a couple of days before you plan on coming in just so we can arrange an appointment and be prepared to assist you.

Any of our staff members can assist you which include me (Josh Freedman), my father Steven Freedman or my co-worker Robert Van. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

Thank you and have a great day.

Josh Freedman
